This stuff is hard.

I fell off the exercise part for a few days and I can see now how that would normally lead me to fall off the eating portion too. I’ll be doing some resistance band exercises from youtube after work today and I’ll post the ones I do on here.



In the thick of it

I’m 5’3″. And I weigh 188. At one point in the not to distance past, I weight 200. That’s a lot of junk in my trunk. And my boobs. And my waist. And my hips. And – well you get the point. I’m a big girl. And I have been for a while. I keep trying to lose the weight, but I haven’t been successful at it. I drop a few pounds then give up. Or else I’ll get into an exercise regime, get injured (have I mentioned I’m klutzy) and then give up. And there’s the sugar addiction. The serious-OMG-I-can’t-stop sugar addiction.

But I want to get healthy. I want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. And I want to wear pretty clothes. Not clothes that kinda fit, but clothes that fit perfectly and look nice.  So I am once again trying to get off the sugar and eat healthy. I’m also signed up for an exercise challenge for the next six weeks ( which means exercise class three times a week).

I’ll be posting a few times a week, and I’ll apologize ahead of time: I have a potty mouth and it tends to come out when I’m frustrated. And I am anticipating some frustration. I’ll also post a monthly pic of me trying clothes on. Wait, I mean a pic of me in a new outfit, not actually trying the outfit on. Cuz that would make this a totally different kind of blog.
